Tomorrow is our last full day here. Jack woke up at a decent time this morning and it has been a 'medium' day. He didn't grind or crackle his teeth much until this evening which I'm guessing is either due to the meds, or the fact that his gums feel better, or maybe both. Looks like there might be some bottom teeth coming in now too but hopefully the meds we have will help. We took a little walk down the streeth this afternoon and I think it went well. We had some more wrestling matches when we got back but by the end of the day he went to bed easily. Fighting with parents can be exhausting. :)
So, we're looking forward to a good day tomorrow, our last day in Russia. We'll be packing for most of the day, taking our time and gathing everything we need. Oh, and please pray for Julie, the other family I've mentioned. She has gotten custody of their son but the doctor says he has bronchitis, and possibly pneumonia. The child is, of course, miserable and not eating well. Please pray God gives Julie strength and heals their little boy, especially in time for his first plane ride. They'll have their trip from Kras to Moscow early Wednesday morning.
Have a great day!

Whoo hoo! You are almost home!
I'm glad that Jack seems a little better with teething. I'm praying he has a great flight back.

Man o man! It's time for you to come home! I will pray you have a safe, quiet, manageable plane ride home!
Wow...to us it seemed like the time went so fast, but I'm sure some moments felt longer than others for you guys. Thumbs down about the laundry situation - makes us appreciate what our ancestors went through! Anyway, on a teething note, if you have a smaller freezer section in your hotel room (or even on the plane), take a wet washcloth and freeze it for a while. While we think it seems gross, babies really benefit from the frozen washcloth and it's soft enough and pliable enough for them to bite down on. I never found those teething rings to work much at this age, but he was always intrigued by the cloth for some reason! We're praying that you have a safe trip home and that you all get some rest. Hopefully it's a red-eye flight so he can sleep some. And don't worry if he throws a fit during the flight...you'll never see these people again...haha! (besides, people are more compassionate than we give them credit for sometimes). Can't wait to see more pics of Jack in his new room!! love to all.
Just let you know that we had prayer for the three of you, yesterday at Sunday School. Well, this part of the journey is almost over.. I am sure you guys are ready to come home. Once, we are at Bible Study on Wednesday, while you are traveling, I will be requesting a safe flight for your guys.
I imagine you and David are more than ready to come home with Jack! I am praying for a safe flight and that Jack does well. Glad he had a better day with the teething. I will keep Julie’s little boy in my prayers as well.
